Mr. Brian Xia has obtained Mater degree in Business Management from University of Otago, New Zealand and is currently working on the Doctorate program in Business Management.

Mr. Xia started his educational leadership journey from 2008 and has lots of experience running the IB, A Level, AP, OSSD programs, integrated programs and preparing students for overseas universities. He was Principal of Shanghai and Nanjing bilingual schools over the past years.

Mr. Xia joined JCGS in 2020 and has been committed to developing students’ bilingual skills, bi-cultural literacy and cross-cultural thinking through continuously enhancing the school bilingual and integrated programs, and preparing JCGSers to be global citizens with “national identity and international mindedness” who are ready for challenges ahead and the world.

Ms. Sara Sun obtained her Master degree in Educational Leadership from University of London, Bachelor degree in Linguistics and Literature and is embarking on her Ed. Doctorate program.

Ms. Sun has taken on various leadership roles as Head of English, Language Center Director and Head of Overseas University Preparation Program before she started her first headship role in 2005. Ms. Sun  ran a CAIE Center for over ten years and has been leading schools through the IB and WASC accreditation.

Ms. Sun has been Principal of a K-12 international school and bilingual schools in the past twenty years and has loads of experience in running the Cambridge and IB international qualification programs, integrating Key Stage and Common Core with the Chinese National Curriculum (CNC) and developing the international/bilingual school teams.

Ms. Renee Shi obtained her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from University of Manchester, UK and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education.

Ms. Shi is a certified IB English A: Language and Literature teacher and examiner, holds the IBDP Head of School Certificate, the Harvard University Instructional Learning Teaching Certificate,the Beijing Normal University School Leadership Certificate, the British Council School Leadership Certificate, and the Tsinghua-BGY School Principal Growth Program Completion Certificate. She has won district and city awards of Excellent Teacher and Outstanding Educator. She also has the Shanghai Interpretation Accreditation Certificate (Advanced) and has scored an overall IELTS of 8 (8 in Speaking). As a student, Ms. Shi was awarded with "Distinguished Graduate" of the University of Manchester.  
As a teacher, Ms. Shi has conducted English instructions with native English-speaking and international   students, covering subjects such as IB English Language and Literature, British and American Literature, SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS. With over a decade of experience in international education, Ms. Shi has taken on management  roles of  Principal of the American High School Program of Nanjing No. 3 Senior High School and ESL Teaching Director at a renowned educational group.

Ms. Shi places great emphasis on campus culture development and team cohesion as a team leader. As an educator, she is committed to cultivating students' comprehensive abilities from all aspects and inspiring their inner potential and individual traits with an international perspective.  Ms. Shi firmly believes that the essence of education lies in creating a better growth environment, igniting and uplifting every hidden spark of potential.

Graduated from Southwest University with his major in Mathematics, Mr. Xu demonstrates a solid educational and professional background.

Mr. Xu has been taking on varied leadership roles in private schools, institutions and educational organizations in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces over the past twenty years, and is experienced in all aspects of school running.

Mr. Xu has won district and city educator awards such as Outstanding Educator, Model Teacher etc. and he is also a certified Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) Counsellor and School Planning Counsellor who has guided his students and families successfully with career and university planning.

As leader of the JCGS CNC program, Mr. Xu is determined and confident to lead the CNC team for continuous school improvement.

Ms. Iris Fang obtained her Master of Educational Psychology from Nankai University. She is also a Family Education Mentor certified by Beijing Normal University and a certified Counsellor.

Ms. Fang was awarded the First Prize in the "Bocai Plan" training program and recognized as an Outstanding Participant of the "Wutong Plan" of the Country Garden Schools. She completed the Beijing Normal University Management Training Program and the Tsinghua University Principal-in-training Program.

Ms. Fang advocates a people-oriented and caring approach in daily school running and management, prioritizing continuous professional development of the team through research discussions, seminars and workshops. She has successfully organized a teacher mentoring program "Blue-Green Project" for three years to support young teachers and develop the team.
